Can I rent out some of my web hosting space if I don’t have a reseller account?

Legal, maybe. The bigger question is will YOUR host allow it? Unless you host the space on servers YOU own, you probably can’t do this.
Legal maybe. But the headaches your going to get are not worth it. Get a real reseller account from HostGator ( )
