I need an affordable web host that allows me to purchase and assign Unique IP’s for various domains.

I am NOT looking for a reseller account or something that has 3,5,10 Unique IP’s already assigned. I AM looking for your standard Under$10 a month plan that gives you lots of bandwidth, unlimited domains and also lets you purchase and assign Unique IP’s.
