i just registered a domain name trough a reseller company, but i’m having 2nd thoughts about hosting my web site with them . the main reason is that there are not very reliable, and i’m concerned about who have control over my site (i’m afraid they’ll change my site u c…) . i want to change to another provider but still have my current domain name.. how can i do that?

i asked if they could cancel my domain name so that i can buy it again trough another company but they say they couldn’t …

Also, can my existing provider change my site without my permission?

The problem I’m facing now is that this hosting company is not cooperating to give me the AUTH Code for me to do the transfer. I had previously registered these 2 domains with this hosting company who is an Enom reseller.

My domain is expiring in 1 month’s time.

I have written many emails to this hosting company without success. Any suggestion what course of action I can take now? Can I take my case to enom?
